Connect a PMS

FaturaSync imports bookings directly from your property management system (PMS). You'll need an API key from your PMS provider.

Supported PMS platforms

Hostaway	Account ID + API key	Settings → API Keys

General steps

1. Log in to FaturaSync
2. Go to Settings
3. Select your PMS from the dropdown
4. Paste your API key (and Account ID if using Hostaway)
5. Click Save

Keep your API keys private

Never share your API keys publicly. FaturaSync stores them securely and only uses them to fetch your booking data.

Don't use a PMS?

No problem. You can upload CSV files directly from Airbnb or Booking.com, or any other CSV/Excel file:

• Airbnb CSV export — Download from Transaction History → Paid
• Booking.com CSV export — Download from Extranet → Finance
• Manual CSV/Excel — Upload from any source
