Importing Bookings¶
FaturaSync supports multiple ways to get your booking data in, whether you use a PMS integration or prefer to upload files manually.
Import methods¶
Direct CSV upload (no PMS needed)¶

How importing works¶
- Select your source — Choose your connected PMS or upload a file
- Choose a date range — Pick the period you want to import (PMS only)
- Sync or upload — FaturaSync fetches or reads the data
- Review — Bookings appear in a table with all relevant fields pre-filled
Duplicates
FaturaSync does not create duplicate invoices for the same booking. If you import the same date range twice, previously invoiced bookings are flagged.
What data is imported?¶
Regardless of the source, FaturaSync extracts:
- Guest name
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct, etc.)
- Gross amount
- Commission (if applicable)
- Net amount (base for IVA calculation)
