Booking.com CSV Export¶
If you don't have a PMS connected, you can download your reservation data directly from Booking.com and upload it to FaturaSync.
Download your reservations from Booking.com¶
- Log in to admin.booking.com (Booking.com Extranet)
- Go to Finance → Reservations statements (or Finance → Reservation overview)
- Select the date range you want to export
- Click Export or Download CSV
Alternative: Reservations tab
You can also go to Reservations → filter by date range → Export. This gives you a list with guest names, dates, and amounts.
Upload to FaturaSync¶
- On the FaturaSync dashboard, find the Booking upload card
- Drag and drop your CSV file, or click to browse
- FaturaSync reads the file and maps columns automatically
- Review the data in the booking table — check that guest names, dates, and amounts look correct
- Click Apply to confirm the mapping
What FaturaSync extracts¶
From the Booking.com CSV, FaturaSync automatically detects:
| Field | Booking.com column |
|---|---|
| Guest name | Guest Name or Guest |
| Check-in | Check-in or Arrival |
| Check-out | Check-out or Departure |
| Gross amount | Total or Amount or Price |
| Commission | Commission or Commission Amount |
| Reservation ID | Reservation ID or Booking Number |
Commission calculation
If the CSV includes a Commission column, FaturaSync uses the actual commission from Booking.com. Otherwise, it applies the default Booking.com commission percentage from your property settings (typically 15%).
Tips¶
- Export monthly — Download one month at a time for easier invoice matching
- European formats — Booking.com often exports with European number formatting (e.g.
1.256,00). FaturaSync handles this automatically - Multiple properties — If you manage several listings, filter by property before exporting, or export all and let FaturaSync map them
Troubleshooting¶
- Amounts look wrong — Check whether your export uses gross amounts (before commission) or net amounts (after commission). FaturaSync needs the gross amount to correctly calculate the base for IVA
- Semicolon-delimited files — Booking.com exports from some regions use semicolons (
;) instead of commas. FaturaSync detects this automatically - Dates incorrect — Booking.com typically uses DD-MM-YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD format, both supported
- Empty rows — Some exports include summary rows at the bottom. FaturaSync skips rows without a guest name
