Import from Lodgify

Connect your Lodgify account to import bookings automatically via the Lodgify API.

Get your Lodgify API key

1. Log in at app.lodgify.com
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
3. Go to Account Settings → Public API
4. Your API Key is displayed — click Copy or select and copy the full key

API access

Lodgify API access is available on Professional and Ultimate plans. If you don't see the Public API section, check your Lodgify subscription.

Connect to FaturaSync

1. In FaturaSync, go to Settings
2. Select Lodgify as your PMS
3. Paste your API key
4. Click Save

FaturaSync will validate the key and confirm the connection.

Import bookings

1. On the main dashboard, make sure Lodgify is selected as the source
2. Set the date range for the bookings you want to import
3. Click Sync
4. Your reservations appear in the booking table, ready for invoicing

What data comes from Lodgify?

Guest name	Lodgify reservation
Check-in / Check-out	Lodgify reservation
Channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)	Lodgify source channel
Gross amount	Lodgify reservation total
Property	Lodgify property name

Multi-property support

If you manage multiple properties in Lodgify, FaturaSync imports bookings for all of them and maps each to the correct FaturaSync property automatically.

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid API key" — Make sure you copied the full key without extra spaces
• No bookings found — Check that the date range covers the relevant period
• API errors — Verify your Lodgify plan includes API access
