Import from Smoobu

Connect your Smoobu account to import bookings automatically via the Smoobu API.

Get your Smoobu API key

1. Log in at login.smoobu.com
2. Click the gear icon () in the left sidebar → Settings
3. Go to API & Connected Services (or direct link: app.smoobu.com/en/settings/api-keys)
4. Your API Key is displayed on this page — click Copy

API access

The API key is available on all Smoobu plans. If you don't see the option, contact Smoobu support.

Connect to FaturaSync

1. In FaturaSync, go to Settings
2. Select Smoobu as your PMS
3. Paste your API key
4. Click Save

FaturaSync will validate the key and confirm the connection.

Import bookings

1. On the main dashboard, make sure Smoobu is selected as the source
2. Set the date range for the bookings you want to import (e.g., last month)
3. Click Sync
4. Your reservations appear in the booking table, ready for invoicing

What data comes from Smoobu?

Commission is calculated by FaturaSync

Smoobu provides the gross booking amount. FaturaSync applies the commission percentage you've configured in Commission settings to calculate the net (taxable) amount.

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid API key" — Double-check you copied the full key from Smoobu, with no extra spaces
• No bookings found — Verify the date range covers bookings with check-out dates in that period
• Missing properties — Make sure the property is active in your Smoobu account
