Properties¶
FaturaSync supports managing multiple properties, each with its own settings for IVA rates, commissions, and invoicing credentials.
Overview¶
If you manage one or more Alojamento Local properties in Portugal, FaturaSync lets you:
- Add multiple properties with individual settings
- Set IVA rates per property based on location (mainland, Madeira, or Azores)
- Configure commission percentages for each booking platform
- Assign invoicing credentials per property (especially useful for Portal das Finanças)
